Our story
Born inside an investment firm. Built to transform an industry.
VistIQ did not start as a software concept.
It was built from the inside, over more than six years, to solve the operational and investment challenges of a real investment platform: fragmented data, disconnected systems, knowledge trapped across individuals and tools, repetitive analysis and increasingly complex investment workflows.
What started as the internal operating system of Founders Future progressively connected portfolio data, investment processes, documents, communications and external intelligence into a single environment.
As AI capabilities accelerated, that infrastructure became something much more powerful: an institutional memory capable of understanding context, reasoning across proprietary and external data, and deploying specialized agents to continuously support investment teams.
VistIQ was created to make that infrastructure available to the entire private markets industry. Today, we are building a global platform for private equity firms, venture capital funds, asset managers and family offices.
